My experience at Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia was extremely positive because of the sales executive, Daniel Hinks, who has navigated the back end of the process completing the (seemingly endless, but necessary) paperwork, keeping us up to date on the various stages that were needed to enable us to drive away in our new car. He was persoanble and courteous, happy to engage in conversation rather than just "getting stuff done to complete a sale", and made us feel very comfortable at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and he did what he said he would, when he said he would; this sounds so simple, but is actually quite rare. Would definitely recommend Furrows, because of him.
